When a business is looking to update or establish its signage, it is rarely just about putting a logo on the front of a building. There are entrances to consider, customer information, branding, wayfinding, car parks and all the other details that help a business look professional and easy to navigate.

That was the challenge Lane Communications accepted for Amorini.

Rather than treating each sign as a separate job, we approached the project as one complete signage solution, managing the production and installation of a range of signage across the site.

One Project, Many Signage Applications

Amorini required rigid-media signs in several locations, each serving a slightly different purpose.

The business frontage needed to make an immediate impression. Product information signage needed to communicate clearly. Branding elements had to stand out from the surrounding surfaces, while perimeter fence and car park signage provided additional opportunities to reinforce the business and communicate useful information. With so many different applications, consistency was important.

Where appropriate, we used aluminium composite panel (ACP) throughout the project. Its combination of strength, durability and relatively lightweight construction makes it a practical choice for both indoor and outdoor signage.

The ACP signage, including the main business signage, product information panels, perimeter fence signage, car park signage and wall-mounted information panels, was produced using full-colour UV ink printing on our wide-format flat-bed printer.

A long-term laminate was then applied to provide additional protection, helping the outdoor signs stand up to the demands of their environment while maintaining a professional finish.

Making the Brand Stand Out

Not every sign needs to be printed onto a panel. For Amorini's internal brand signage, we used clear 5mm acrylic panels with white self-adhesive vinyl lettering. The acrylic panels were installed on the wall using 25mm standoff panel mounts, creating a raised effect that gave the branding a clean, contemporary appearance.

The lettering was contour cut on our router before being weeded and finished with low-tack application tape. This process allows the lettering to be accurately positioned during installation while keeping the finished result crisp and professional.

It is a good example of why having access to different signage production techniques matters. The right material and finishing method can make a big difference to how a sign looks once it is installed.

Signage that Works with the Space

The selection centre glass entrance doors offered another opportunity to maintain consistent branding without making the area feel cluttered.

For this application, Amorini's entrance lettering was produced using white self-adhesive vinyl. The letters were contour-cut, weeded, and prepared with low-tack application tape before being applied to the glass. Simple. Clean. Effective.

Often the best signage solution is the one that works naturally with the surface it is being applied to.

From Production to Installation

One of the key benefits of working with Lane Communications on a project like this is that the signage doesn't have to be pieced together between different suppliers. We can manage the process from production through to installation.

Appropriate materials can be selected based on where and how the signage will be used; artwork can be prepared for the required production method; signage can be manufactured in-house; and the finished products can then be installed as part of the same project.

For a customer with multiple signage requirements, this simplifies the whole process considerably. It also helps ensure the finished signage looks like it belongs together, rather than appearing as a collection of unrelated signs produced at different times by different suppliers.

Why a Single Supplier Makes this Work

Projects like Amorini's are where the value of an in-house, end-to-end signage provider really shows. When one team designs, prints, fabricates, and installs every element, quality control happens at every stage rather than being lost between suppliers. Materials are consistent, colours match across every touchpoint, and installation can be sequenced properly rather than being juggled among multiple trades turning up at different times.

For Amorini, that meant their site-wide signage package, from the street frontage through to the wall panels inside, reads as a cohesive brand experience, not six separate signage jobs stitched together after the fact.

With wide-format printing, signage production, finishing and installation capabilities under one roof, Lane Communications can help businesses bring their signage projects together from start to finish.

Whether it is a single sign or a complete site-wide signage rollout, we can help turn your brand into signage that works in the real world.
